MANGO AND MACADAMIA ICE-CREAM

  • Ingredients
  • 300g Frozen Mango Pieces
  • 2 Tbsps Castor Sugar
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • ½ cup Macadamias
  • 300ml Cream

Method

Place Mango, Vanilla, Macadamias and castor sugar into the Bamix Slicesy with Masterblade attachment. Add ½ the cream at first, process, add more cream is desired.

Serve straight away as a soft serve, or freeze overnight for ice-cream.
