Further, it is expect that notifiable data breaches may become law in New Zealand and DKSH will comply with those laws, once known and disseminated. In respect of a data breach in Australia, if there is unauthorised access to your personal information and it is likely that serious harm will result, DKSH will take steps to prevent that harm.
