Warranty
All bamix® stick blenders (excluding all Gastro models) carry a Lifetime Warranty on the motor only. All other components carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This is applicable to bamix® stick blenders purchased from January 2021 to current.
Previous Models
All bamix® stick blenders purchased between February 2012 and January 2021 carry a Warranty period of 20-years on the motor, and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all other components.
All bamix® stick blenders purchased prior to February 2012 carry a Warranty period of 5-years on the motor, and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all other components.
Please note that the above Warranties are not applicable if the bamix® stick blenders have been used for commercial purposes or in a commercial environment. Proof of purchase will be required when presenting bamix® stick blenders for Warranty purposes.
All bamix® Gastro stick blenders Gastro models carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects including motor.
Should you have any problem with your bamix, please contact your retailer in the first instance.
If asked to send the appliance to a service agent, please ensure it is securely packed and send onlt the faulty part, it is not necessary to send all the accessories.
Ensure freight is pre-paid. Ensure details of the problem, along with your name, address, copy of proof of purchase and a contact phone number are sent with the goods.
Warranty and Returns Procedure
Should your bamix require service or repairs, please follow the procedure below:
- Have your purchase receipt ready
- Find your nearest service agent from our service agent list here
- Calling the repair agent prior to taking your bamix is advisable. If you are not in close proximity you may need to post the bamix to the repair agent. Please obtain prior permission before posting. Please note postage costs are to be prepaid.
- Your service agent will advise the correct course to rectify the problem, and once agreed will be repaired. *Please note, warranty repairs are only valid if a manufacturing fault has been found. * * Warranty claims will only be honoured with a valid purchase receipt.
All warranties offered on product supersede all other warranties in respect of the product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, To claim, you must return product and proof of purchase to place of sale.
